[IRPCoalition] Just Net Coalition statement to BRICS summit on Internet Governance and Human Rights

Hi Marianne,

Sorry if I was not clear. I was just curious to understand the process
JustNet uses to develop and publish statements in the name of a coalition
that has lots of orgs and individuals.
