Yes please, any comments at all (and at any time) are very welcome. Please note, the wording on filtering and blocking will be different following conversations on the list and is now going to be along the lines of:

"Blocking and filtering as tools and services should be promoted and made available for users to use as they choose.

No blocking or filtering should be made mandatory or enforced beyond what is strictly necessary to ensure the technical functioning of the net."
