Dear members of the IRPC,

The Coalition will (obviously) be taking an active part in this year's
Internet Governance Forum in Lillestrøm, Norway (23-27 June 2025) and
online. Many of you - the IRPC's members - and also the Steering Committee
are getting ready to engage in various Internet governance discussions in
specific workshops, lightning talks, open fora and coffee breaks.

You may discuss human rights online as part of your in person or through
remote participation (and perhaps refer to the Charter
<https://internetrightsandprinciples.org/charter/>). When you discuss these
matters, you may wonder about how "mainstreamed" human rights are in
Internet governance discussions. Yet, you may also be dismayed about the
striking lack of full realization of human rights online.

To discuss your experiences at the IGF and beyond, and to induce new
dynamism into our Dynamic Coalition, we will hold an *Annual Meeting of the
IRPC* on 25 June 2025 both onsight in Lillestrøm and online. From 12:00 to
13:00 Central European Time, we would like to discuss with all of you how
to develop and reinvigorate our mission at a crucial time for Internet
governance, human rights and democracy.

In person: Meeting Room "Hordaland 2" - one of the IGF-provided meeting
rooms - in the Thon Hotel Arena (next to the conference venue)
Zoom: Please register here
<https://uni-bremen.zoom-x.de/meeting/register/MGFAku-GQdC9UPUBVml7Jg>.

In addition, the Steering Committee co-organized *two sessions on the IGF
program* (in addition to being involved in the overall Dynamic Coalition
sessions):

Association for Progressive Communications (APC) and IT for Change; the
Global Digital Rights Coalition for WSIS (GDRC-WSIS), represented by
members the International Center for Not-for-Profit Law (ICNL), Global
Partners Digital (GPD), APC and ARTICLE 19; the Dynamic Coalition on
Platform Responsibility and the Digital Constitutionalism Network, Monday,

   available)
   - Lightning Talk #80 Launch of the Digital Constitutionalism Database v2
   <https://www.intgovforum.org/en/content/igf-2025-lightning-talk-80-launch-of-the-digital-constitutionalism-database-v2>
with
the Digital Constitutionalism Network, Wednesday, 25 June,
14:40-15:00, Open stage Hall A1 Village Area (streaming available but no

Please join us for these sessions!

Soon after the IGF, there will be the next* elections of the Steering
Committee*, with opportunities to join. So, think about it already and join
us in Norway/remotely to see how you can leave your imprint on the
Coalition's work.

Kind regards,
Dennis, on behalf of the IRPC Steering Committee
