Hello all,

I have the honour to nominate my colleague, Jacob Odame-Baiden as a
Steering Committee member. Jacob is a Ghanaian, who is an IT expert,
Internet Governance Fellow and a lawyer who is called to the Ghanaian bar
and a solicitor of the supreme court of Ghana.

Aside being a lawyer, Jacob is engaged in a series of internet governance
engagements locally and internationally. Having been working with him as a
colleague, I have no doubt in his capabilities to engage meaningfully in
this role.

Regards,
Raymond Mamattah
