[IRP] Hedgehogs to the keyboard, please

The right to assemble.  The internet is a tool for assembly, connection,
speech, etc etc etc.  I think assembly is the basic right.

(I've been thinking about assembly since my county imposed a curfew to
dissuade Occupy meetings.)
