[IRP] Expert panel FX on internet - Update

Dear all,

as you know the UN Expert panel on freedom of expression on the internet
will convene tomorrow. The discussions have already started - join us on
twitter on the hashtags #HRC19 and #FXinternet.

The event will be webcasted on

12:00-15:00 CET.
