[IRP] APC statement to denounce attacks on anonymous online speech by US gov

Dear all

I also agree with endorsing the statement.

Although I'm not totally happy about the word "progressive" in the
title. I tend to think that this is something that just about all
internet rights organisations (that have their heads screwed on
right) would want to strongly denounce, no matter whether they're
otherwise "progressive" or "conservative" or whatever.
