[IRP] IRP Update: working group and website

Hi all -

A quick update:

*The IRP Working Group for the IGF has now been set up! It is tasked with: organising the IRP workshop for the IGF, organising IRP involvement in other workshops at the IGF and planning any additional supporting statements/activities. The main list will be regularly updated with activities of the working group. A huge thank you to all volunteers on the working group: Allon Bar, Brett Solomon (Access), Dixie Hawtin (Global Partners) Katitza Rodriguez (EFF), Marianne Franklin (Goldsmiths), Matthias Ketteman (University of Graz), Sam Gregory (Witness), Shaila Mistry, and Shawna Finnegan (APC).

*To those of you who have been writing to me to point out that the IRP website has been compromised - thanks for bringing this to our attention! Cedric from GreenNet is kindly looking at our website to see how it can be cleaned up and what can be saved. Should have good news soon.
