Hi all,

The Centre for Law and Democracy have just finished a final draft of the Charter Commentary (going through each article in the Charter and analysing the current state of international law in relation to them). This version addresses the very useful comments from Wolfgang and from Abbe. Read it here<http://internetrightsandprinciples.org/userfiles/file/Charter%20Commentary%20Version%202.doc>. It's labelled as Version 2.0 because as international law develops in this area, the document will be developed too.

It is a really useful document for any person who is interesting in developing human rights debates about internet governance issues. It also builds a strong foundation for the arguments we make in the Charter. Please spread it far and wide through your networks and to anyone who you think would find it interesting or useful!

All the best,
Dixie
