[IRP] Suggestions for 10 IRP presentation and dissemination

Dear All

I fully support Meryem's suggestions - practical as well as crucial for 
ensuring that the online presence of all things concerning this Charter 
corresponds with its raison d'?tre.

Re. helping out; I have a PDF_Maker facility here so can convert 
translations into PDF format. For the record, who is 
coordinating/moderating the dedicated website?
