[IRP] IGF 09 Sharm el Sheik

Hi all,

Pranesh Prakash is my colleague.  If you want to get in touch, his email
is pranesh at cis-india.org.  However, the full title of the workshop is
actually "Open standards: a rights based approach".  One way or the
other the first part at some point was omitted, and despite repeated
requests to correct this, it has never been added again.  

I will arrive on Friday around 19.00, so would be happy to join for
dinner if it is a slightly later one or if I can come a little late.
