FYI: The IGF Secretariat is calling for preliminary workshop proposals by
April 15.

The objective here seems to be to get early action on merging workshop
proposals which are similar.

--> We can develop some ideas at the PrivacyOS.eu on 1-3 April, but any
other ideas are welcome of course.
