i totally agree that it would be good to contact and collaborate with la
quadrature du net just listened to a podcast interview and they seem to be
doing some really good work

on the other hand i think the french government is a really big organisation
with many different opinions and we should talk to everybody who is
interested in our endeavors - let's see
