[IRPCoalition] Update on our input to the Global Digital Compact submitted last April

Dear Minda, IRPC members, and Global Digital Compact team

This is great news after the hard work on readying the IRPC submission. 
Thank you to the Tech Envoy's office for resolving the issue.

Thank you also to Minda for taking the lead on this submission on behalf 
of the IRPC and the new IRPC Steering Committee.

Wishing everyone attending the EuroDIG a productive meeting in Tampere 
as well.
