[IRPCoalition] Nomination: Raashi Saxena for co-chair

Dear all,

Trust all of you have received 2022 with renewed energies. Many thanks to
Tapani for the nomination and Leena, Elaine, Eileen and June for your kind
words and endorsement.

My past year with the IRPC has been an invaluable opportunity to learn and
grow within the space and I'm grateful for the encouragement received by
the current SC members.

I would like to *accept* my nomination and look forward to supporting and
anchoring some of the fabulous work of my colleagues.
