[IRPCoalition] IRPC Election Ballot 2021-2023

Dear all

Thanks Minda and Michael for your diligence and the time you have put
into running our elections.

In light of this technical glitch I am happy for the ballot to be
restarted once a more suitable platform has been set up or this glitch
resolved. FYI We used Survey Monkey in the past and that did not have
this particular issue, so that could also be considered alongside the
tools others have suggested.

It is important for the IRPC's governance and transparency that we take
a bit of time to work this out. As a candidate I support this and as a
list/SC member too.

Best wishes

MF
