At the start of FEB 2020 WHO has been found to have been responding to
the issue of an infodemic[1] which is associated to the pandemic.
works have continued[2] and whilst COVID-19 have ICD codes for
morbidity & suspected COVID-19 morbidity (whilst online stats
separating these two codes[3] as to evaluate stats by taking this
distinction into account) i could not find the ICD Codes relating to
the infodemic; which is somewhat similar to the categories more
broadly represented in statistics with respect to WW1[4] & WWII[5].

Is there a link? or is there merit in forming a recommendation for
deliberation by WHO?

or is there an approach that can be employed by existing
infrastructure as to calculate the data an ensure academics,
researchers, policy innovators and leaders of our liberalised
democracies can already obtain weekly/monthly 'graphs' and 'data
visualisations' over the relevant future period; as to inform the
public of the fallen and highlight the way in which the stewards of
their 'rule of law' are making best efforts to triage and address any
such issues that may relate to death & serious injury.

if not, is it something that IRP might raise as an emerging issue via
letter, or whatever?

Kind Regards,

Timothy Holborn.
