Dear IRPC List

Thanks so much Minda for this update.

Looking forward to the launching of the French edition of the Charter of
Human Rights and Principles for the Internet at the DC meeting session
in the morning before the session turns to Internet Futures and the
Climate Crisis.

I would like to thank Rigobert Kenmogne, IRPC SC member, for his work on
translating the Charter in to French. And I too would like to thank the
Swiss Federal Office of Communications for the financial support that
has made the production of new editions for all current language
editions to be available, as hard copy on Booth 49 and in the meetings,
and online. Thanks Minda Moreira for your work formatting and updating
all these PDF files.

An Italian edition is currently underway with the 2020 EuroDIG meeting
in Trieste as the objective for that launch.

Looking forward as well to the DC Main Session on Thursday.

See you all there, on the ground or on Twitter at #IGF2019 and #netrights

Safe travels all

Best wishes

MF
