Dear CDMSI members, observers and participants

The Committee of Ministers Rapporteur Group on Human Rights (GR-H) is 
scheduled to consider on 23 March the draft recommendations that you 
approved at your last meeting in December 2015: the draft 
  Recommendation on Internet freedom and the draft Recommendation on the 
protection of journalism and safety of journalists and other media 
actors. They are expected to be adopted by the Committee of Ministers 
later at the end of March.

All CDMSI members are invited to mobilise and lend their support in 
their capitals for a smooth adoption of these important draft instruments.

Chers membres, observateurs et participants du CDMSI

  Le 23 mars, le groupe de rapporteurs sur les droits de l’homme du 
Comité des Ministres devrait examiner les projets de recommandation que 
vous avez approuvés lors de votre dernière réunion en décembre 2015 : le 
projet de recommandation sur la liberté d’internet et le projet de 
recommandation sur la protection du journalisme et la sécurité des 
journalistes et autres acteurs des médias. Ces deux textes devraient 
ensuite être adoptés par le Comité des Ministres plus tard courant mars.

Tous les membres du CDMSI sont invités à apporter leur soutien, dans 
leur capitale, à une adoption de ces instruments d’importance.
