[IRPCoalition] IGF 2016 -Stocktaking

Dear all

The IGF has been renewed for another 10 years, with the meeting for 2016 
being held in Mexico.

The call is out for comments and suggestions on last year's meeting in 
Brazil as part of the annual stocktaking exercise.

In Brazil the Dynamic Coalitions presented their work in a two-part Main 
Session. A review of this is underway. All comments and suggestions 
welcome so we can contribute to this process.
