You will find in attachment the draft CDMSI comments on PACE, 
Recommendation 2085(2016) “Strengthening the protection and role of 
human rights defenders in Council of Europe member States”.

This draft was approved by the Bureau of the CDMSI.

Should you have any comments, we would appreciate your answer *no later 
than Monday, 25 April 2016 to Ms Christina Lamprou* 
(Christina.lamprou at coe.int <mailto:Christina.lamprou at coe.int>)

Passed that date, the draft will be considered as approved by the CDMSI 
and will then be forwarded to the Committee of Ministers within the 
given deadline.
