from Access and APC on internet-related human rights issues to be
discussed at this current session of the Human Rights Council:

In addition to discussions on the impact of the internet on incitement
to hatred, violence against women, safety of journalists and political
participation, this session includes a proposed resolution 'The
promotion, protection, and enjoyment of human rights on the Internet'
in follow-up to the 20/8 resolution in June 2012, focusing on access,
education and economic, cultural and social development. The text of
the resolution is currently being negotiated.
