I suppose Anima was referring to the irp charter which afaik is still a work in progress. The ten points short version was if my memory does not fail me finalized to a meeting on freedom of expression and the Internet hosted by the Swedish mfa with un special rapporteur on Internet and hr in March 2010.

I have one question: When is Charter of Human Right and Principles ofr the Internet written? I can't find that on the web site, unfortunately, but it's very improtant for my master thesis I am writing...I am writing about internet regulation, so I am very pleased I found your web site- so I want to know does my country- Bosnia and Herzegovina become a memeber of your Coalition and does any member/country need to join there, I am a little confused because of a huse amount of informations.
