[IRP] Declaration on Internet Freedom

Please allow me correct my statement (I meant that we were not there, we
did not write this particular statement--I apologize for seeming to imply
IRPers had not already done amazing things).

Yes from me too. I think the reasons are quite obvious, but: I think
supporting this statement is exactly what the IRP should be doing,* even if
we did not write this particular statement ourselves*. Supporting the work
of other statements/groups with the same objectives and principles is
logical and important.
