[IRP] APC statement to denounce attacks on anonymous online speech by US gov

Hi all

Good points all. Agree with you Alon, but this statement has a
particular history. We cannot change much other than the heading though
as our statement is really mostly about supporting the statement, and
the views, of the APC member organisation, ISP MayFirst/PeopleLink.

So what we can do is to change the heading so that it reads

APC statement: [Progressive i]Internet rights organisations strongly
denounce attack on anonymous online speech by US government

OK under those circumstances to add IRP?
