[IRP] Freedom of Expression in South Asia

There is currently an event in Nepal about freedom of expression in South Asia. It started this morning and will go on until lunch time on Friday. The meeting is for a medium-sized group (about 24) activists from across the region, and Frank la Rue is here too! There is no webcasting, but you can follow discussions on Twitter, the hash tag is #SAFoE. Eventually there will be a report coming out of the event and I will share that on the list.
