Hi Marcin, Dixie, and others,

The best URL to send around for the english-language version of the letter
is: https://www.AccessNow.org/Civil-Society-Statement-to-G8 which is hosted
on a non-AWS server and also looks a little prettier! I've also included the
current list of signatories below. If you'd like to sign, just shoot me an
