[IRP] French translation

Yes, in the Swedish team we agree with Lee. We have chosen to go with "net equality" or possibly just "equality" (since the charter is in it self speaking about the internet). I agree with Meryem about that the discussion is really about net neutrality, but in this case I think that equality in a net perspective is so new as a term that it can be defined in a good and progressive way.

Thinking twice about it, it seems that even "Non-discrimination" would be misleading in this context, since it has a meaning when speaking about rights and principles (non-discrimination w.r.t. ethnicity, colour, sex, language, religion, political or other opinion, national or social origin, property, birth or other status. As a matter of fact, we're using the non-discrimination concept in the latter sense in our charter.

Well, it's certainly too late, by "Equality" is misleading here, if not simply wrong (as you know, my dear Parminder;)) : the net should be neutral, but it's not the net that should be equal, rather its access /usage! Now I can't find an accurate translation for that. "?galit? du r?seau" doesn't fit at all. The best would be "Absence de discrimination" (Non Discrimination), but it's rather far from the English version. Any idea?
