Update on Jiew's trial in Thailand...due to resume on Tuesday.  So much hinges on definitions, illustrating the need for clear and precise laws. Does whether you're a "webmaster" or "manager" affect your liability, how long are you allowed to leave "offending" content up once you've been notified, where do the boundaries lie between disagreeing with and insulting the King....
