[IRP] IRP Coalition meeting and launch of Charter of Human Rights and Principles for the Internet

Dear Max, Lisa and All,
Please accept this invitation to take take part in the first formative
meeting of the Dynamic Coalition on Core Internet Values and become a part
of this Dynamic Coalition to contribute to this task of defining and
preserving the core Internet Values.
