[IRP] Monthly conference call

Dear All

Thanks Lisa; will insert these updates per agenda item as part of the
eventual minutes.

RE. time for the conference call. If everyone is agreed I'd like to suggest
we meet at 10.00 hours GMT. This gives those in the southern
hemisphere/timezones ahead in the day a chance to take part. US colleagues,
night owls excepted, this is less amenable.

Stay posted for the phone no/link. At this stage, it would be good to know
who can make the call.

cheers
MF
