[IRP] YOUR candidate info is missing for IRP Elections start this friday

Sorry Ive been traveling. I hadn't gotten around to accepting the nomination
because I've not had time to focus. I will let you know by tomorrow if I
want to keep on the list or not. Very worried about my time commitments.
Meanwhile I'd like to nominate Isaac Mao. He was hoping to attend this
year's IGF but couldn't. I think his perspective on censorship and digital
rights in China is both helpful and important. Is it still possible to
nominate him?
