[IRP] tomorrow 8am IRP workshop - sphinx room

Dear all, 

I am very sorry, but something has come up that I need to urgently
take care of, and as a consequence I will not be able to be present in
the meeting.  I am disappointed myself, as I had been looking forward
to the discussion on the rights charter in particular - hope I will be
able to get an update from someone who will be present later today.
