Hi Matthias,

For some reason this is the first time I have seen Max's email. yours was
also stuck in our infamous spam filter. Apologies.

Yes, with contact there organizations for you and see if I can not get a
contact person for you.

As for your name change could one of you register on the intgovforum.org
website and send me the user name? I will then give the user permission to
change the D.C. page.

 Best regards,

 Chengetai

Seeking relationship to UN Human Rights bodies

Dear Chengetai,

with reference to Max Senges' message of 5 February I'd like to ask you
whether you have had a chance to consider his request in relation to
supporting our coalition in establishing a thematic cooperation with UN
human rights bodies, including special procedures. I have attached his
message below.

I understand hat you must be very busy these days, but I am sure you
realize how important the mainstreaming of our issues into the work of the
UN human rights bodies might be.

It is in this spirit that I very much look forward to hearing from you.

Thank you very much in advance.

Kind regards

Matthias

Dear Chengetai

You kindly offered during our coalition meeting in Hyderabad to support
our coalition in contacting and establishing a relationship to the
traditional UN Human Rights bodies. The General Comments on the
International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights and the International
Covenant on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights -- that is, the Human
Rights Committee and the Committee on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights
have been named in particular.

Matthias Kettemann and Meryem Marzouki have volunteered to lead our
coalitions efforts in this regard and we would appreciate if you would
introduce them to your respective colleagues in these organisations.

Also, please take into considerations that our coalition has re-named
itself to Dynamic Coalition on Internet Rights and Principles. We would
appreciate if you could enlist us under that name on the secretariates
page (our new website is @ www.internetrightsandprinciples.org ) and put a
short note and a link on the old name's entry.
Thank you very much in advance
Max
