I hope this email finds you well. The call below is an outcome from the 
2023 IGF meeting in Kyoto; an initiative that a number on this listserv 
are already part of. As human rights becomes a core principle for 
internet policy-making agendas, the IRPC Charter 
<https://internetrightsandprinciples.org/charter/>and other IRPC 
projects <https://internetrightsandprinciples.org/>have insights that 
can contribute to this call.

Note that the principles highlighted in the vision paper echo the Ten 
Internet Rights and Principles 
<https://internetrightsandprinciples.org/campaign/> campaign that 
launched the IRPC Charter back in 2010/11 - screenshot below.
