Hi Santosh, all:

Thanks for raising this, I'm so sorry about the delay. I've just been
swamped this week. I have the ballot ready to go (it's getting some edits
from Minda at the moment), so I hope to open it by tonight (CET) and have
already extended the deadline to vote by a day.

I'm sorry all for the delay and not informing sooner, but I also really
appreciate your and everyone's understanding.
