Dear CDMSI members, observers and participants,



Please find attached, for your final approval, the long report of the 18th CDMSI Plenary meeting – as revised by the Secretariat based on your comments received.



In defining the level of detail reasonably necessary in the meeting report, the Secretariat has consulted the Bureau. As it has always been the Committee’s practice not to mention and specify each member states’ comments made at the meeting, except for objections on issues to be submitted to the Committee of Ministers for decision, the Bureau expressed itself in favour of maintaining this approach.



Bearing in mind that comments on all deliverables in preparation by expert committees, as well as comments on the Ministerial Conference documents have been collected via written consultation, it would not appear necessary to provide a detailed account of them in the meeting report.



Please note the deadline of 10 February for tacit approval / your reactions.

Chers membres, observateurs et participants du CDMSI,



Veuillez trouver ci-joint, pour votre approbation finale, le long rapport de la 18ème réunion plénière du CDMSI (version longue) - tel que révisé par le Secrétariat sur la base des commentaires reçus.



Pour définir le niveau de détail raisonnablement nécessaire dans le rapport de la réunion, le Secrétariat a consulté le Bureau. Comme la pratique a toujours été de ne pas mentionner de manière spécifique les commentaires formulés par chaque Etat membre pendant la réunion, à l'exception des objections sur les questions à soumettre au Comité des Ministres pour décision, le Bureau s'est prononcé en faveur du maintien de cette approche.



Sachant que les commentaires sur tous les documents en préparation par les comités d'experts, ainsi que les commentaires sur les documents de la conférence ministérielle ont été recueillis par consultation écrite, il ne semble pas nécessaire d'en faire un compte rendu détaillé dans le rapport de la réunion.

Veuillez noter la date limite du 10 février pour l'approbation tacite / vos réactions.
