True digital inclusion is about having the right access, skills, motivation
and trust to confidently go online. Connecting the rest of the world could
potentially add $6.7 trillion to the digital economy. The dialogue will
address the

(1) Digital Economy and it's socio-cultural contexts

(2) The regions digital adoption strategies efforts and

(3) The importance of ICTs that aim for affordable connectivity to make
sure the digital divide does not deepen inequality

This dialogue is organised in partnership with Future Tense & Open
Technology Institute and supported by DCN Global & Network Capital.
