Dear CDMSI members, observers and participants,

At its 1336th meeting of 6-7 February 2019 the Committee of Ministers decided to communicate to the CDMSI for information and possible comments, by 1 March 2019, PACE Recommendation 2144 (2019) “Internet governance and human rights”,  adopted by the Parliamentary Assembly on 23 January 2019 (6th Sitting).

Please find attached draft CDMSI comments, endorsed by the Bureau,  for your comments and possible adoption by 27 February. Passed that date, without objections or comments (to be sent to Malgorzata.Pek at coe.int, copy to Julia.Whitham at coe.int<mailto:Julia.Whitham at coe.int>) the draft will be deemed adopted by the CDMSI and passed on to the Committee of Ministers’ secretariat.

Lors de sa 1336e réunion, le 6-7 février 2019 le Comité des Ministres a décidé de communiquer au CDMSI pour information et éventuels commentaires à formuler, au plus tard le 1 mars 2019, la Recommandation 2144 (2019) « La gouvernance de l’internet et les droits de l’homme » qui a été adopté par l’Assemblée parlementaire  le 23 janvier 2019 (6e séance).

Vous trouverez ci-joint le projet des commentaires approuvé par le bureau au CDMSI, pour commentaires et éventuellement adoption au plus tard le 27 Février 2019. Sans objection ou commentaire à cette date (à envoyer à Malgorzata.Pek at coe.int,  copie Julia.Whitham at coe.int), le texte sera considéré adopté par le CDMSI et transmis au secrétariat du Comité des Ministres.
