[IRPCoalition] IRPC Elections 2020-2022 - your participation matters

Dear all,

Again, I know it seems strange to highlight this, but I seconded Atef's
nomination for the steering committee (even though I am running myself). I
think it's important to have a fair and inclusive election, therefore, I
think it's only fair to include her on the ballot.
