[IRPCoalition] APC prioritising ICT sustainability

Hi everyone,

In some non-election-related news, I'm really encouraged to see the
Association for Progressive Communications (APC) prioritising the
environment and ICT sustainability in its strategic plan
<https://www.apc.org/en/take-peek-apcs-2020-2023-strategic-plan-0> over the
next 3 years. I think it would be great to partner more with them going
forward.

Also, for anyone who doesn't know, APC was well ahead of the curve: in
2010, they dedicated the annual GIS Watch to ICTs and Environmental
Sustainability <http://www.giswatch.org/en/2010>.
