Dear CDMSI members, observers and participants,

 

Please note that we have received a request for comments from the
CODEXTER Drafting Committee on Terrorists Acting Alone on its draft
recommendation on ”Terrorists Acting Alone” (regarding  provisional
paragraphs 16 and 17 in particular and, if need be, any other comments).

 

In order to meet the deadline of *31 May 2017* the Secretariat proposes
the following steps:

 

-          by *12 April*: CDMSI members provide comments on the draft
recommendation to the Secretariat;

-          by *21 April*: the Secretariat prepares and sends draft CDMSI
comments to Bureau for endorsement/comments by *28 April*;

-          by *3 May* the Secretariat sends the draft comments endorsed
by the Bureau to the CDMSI for approval by *24 May* and further
transmission to the Committee of Ministers.

 

We apologise that the text of the draft recommendation (attached) is
available in English only.
