Dear members, observers and participants of the CDMSI

 

Following a request sent to you on 7 February 2017, the Secretariat
received comments on PACE Recommendation 2098 (2017) – “Ending
cyberdiscrimination and online hate”,  adopted at the 1st Part of the
2017 Session of the Parliamentary Assembly (23-27 January 2017). A draft
text of CDMSI comments was subsequently prepared and submitted to the
Bureau for examination.

You will find here the last version, approved by the Bureau, for your
comments and possible adoption *by 20 March 2017.* Passed that date,
without objections or comments (to be sent to elena.lopatina at coe.int
<mailto:elena.lopatina at coe.int>,  copy Anne.Boyer-donnard at coe.int
<mailto:Anne.Boyer-donnard at coe.int>), the draft will be deemed adopted
by the CDMSI and passed on to the Committee of Ministers’ secretariat.

secrétariat a reçu des commentaires sur la Recommandation 2098 (2017) –
«Mettre fin à la cyberdiscrimination et à la haine en ligne» de l’APCE
qui ont été adoptées lors de la 1ère partie de sa session des 23 au 27
janvier 2017.  Un projet d’observations du CDMSI a ensuite été préparé
et soumis au Bureau pour un examen./
