I am a graduate in Management with additional Advance Professional diploma
from Television Training Centre Berlin, Germany and basic and advance
training in Television Program Production from various organizations.
Similarly, I have undertaken several leadership roles in Nepali media
especially in television sector. I was one of the pioneer program producers
for the Nepal television, Chief Executive Producer and C.O.O for Image
channel Television, Executive Advisor for Himalaya Television and Creative
director (A/V division) of ECS media group. These placements have enabled
me to develop not only specific media industry experience, but also a
valuable and transferable skill set in this fast-paced and meaningful
social welfare sector using tools of Information communication Technology..

  Being ICT practitioner and Television Media person i had attended
IGF2016,Mexico and attended several meetings,workshop of Internet
governance issues.Apart from that I am a executive board member of Freedom
Forum<freedomforum.org>. of Nepal i have quite some knowledge on the aims
and objectives of the IRPC Charter of Human Rights and Principles of the
Internet governance forum. I use to be Media and communication Consultant
of National human righs commission of Nepal.  I made several documentaries,
television commercials, public service announcements, Television programs
on Lifestyle and Music videos as well. Furthermore, I worked in the Nepal
forum of Environmental Journalists (NEFEJ) contributing to Media Training,
strategy planning, design and implemented the innovative idea of
sustainable developments to uplift our marginalized communities. In
addition I researched for the organization, liaised with various divisions,
formulated media reports and lead and participated in different
participatory projects meetings. Utilizing my excellent communication
skills, I developed and maintained successful working relationships with
both internal and external stakeholders in different arena.I am a member of
Society of environmental Journalists( SEJ-USA)The Society of Environmental
Journalists is a non-profit national journalism organization created by and
for journalists who report environmental topics in the news media and
International Press Institute (IPI,USA)The International Peace Institute
(IPI) is an independent, international not-for-profit think tank dedicated
to managing risk and building resilience to promote peace, security, and
sustainable development. To achieve its purpose, IPI employs a mix of
policy research, strategic analysis, publishing, and convening. With staff
from more than twenty countries and a broad range of academic fields, IPI
has offices facing United Nations headquarters in New York and offices in
Vienna and Manama..
