Dear CDMSI members, observers and participants,

 

The Ad hoc Committee for the Rights of the Child (CAHENF) is currently
preparing a Draft Recommendation of the Committee of Ministers to member
states on [Comprehensive] Guidelines to empower, protect and support
children’s [safe access to their rights on the Internet] [rights in the
digital environment].

 

The Ad hoc Committee for the Rights of the Child (CAHENF) has decided to
consult the CDMSI for comments.

 

Therefore, we invite you to send us your possible comments on the
attached draft *by 11 April the latest, end of the day*.

 

On that basis, the secretariat will prepare a draft text of comments
that will then be sent to you for approval.

 

Please, send your input to Christina Lamprou (Christina.lamprou at coe.int

(anne.boyer-donnard at coe.int <mailto:anne.boyer-donnard at coe.int>).

permettre, protéger et favoriser [l’accès des enfants à leurs droits sur
internet en toute sécurité].

consulter le CDMSI pour observations.
