Dear CDMSI members and participants

At its 1255th meeting on 4 May, the Committee of Ministers will invite 
the CDMSI to provide comments on PACE Recommendation 2089 (2016) – 
“Intellectual property rights in the digital era 
<http://assembly.coe.int/nw/xml/XRef/Xref-XML2HTML-en.asp?fileid=22740&lang=en>” 
,  adopted in the 2nd Part-Session of the Parliamentary Assembly (18-22 
April 2016.

In order to meet the deadline of 4 July 2016, the biggest part of the 
work will have to be done by e-mail exchanges (first comments, 
submission to the Bureau, possible adjustments) and the final draft 
could be finalised at the plenary meeting (28 June-1 July).

We would therefore appreciate your comments on the recommendation by *17 
May 2016*

Lors de sa 1255è réunion, le 4 mai, le Comité des Ministres va inviter 
le CDMSI à formuler ses observations sur la Recommandation 2089 (2016) – 
« Les droits de propriété intellectuelle à l’ère numérique 
<http://assembly.coe.int/nw/xml/XRef/Xref-XML2HTML-FR.asp?fileid=22740&lang=FR> 
» de l’APCE qui a été adoptée lors de sa 2è session des 18 au 22 avril 2016.

Afin de pouvoir répondre au Comité des Ministres à la date impartie du 4 
juillet 2016, la partie la plus importante du travail (premiers 
commentaires, soumission au Bureau, éventuels ajustements) devra être 
effectuée par échange de courriels et le projet sera finalisé au cours 
de la réunion plénière du 28 juin au 1 juillet.
Nous vous serions reconnaissants de nous faire parvenir vos commentaires 
sur la recommandation au plus tard le *17 mai 2016.*
