Dear CDMSI members, observersand participants,

I am pleased to inform you about a Conference on Internet Freedom which 
will provide follow-up to the Recommendation CM/Rec(2016)5 adopted by 
the Committee of Ministers earlier this April.

The Conference is organised under the auspices of the German 
Chairmanship of the OSCE and the Estonian Chairmanship of the Council of 
Europe’s Committee of Ministers.

Attached you will find a preliminary draft agenda. We strongly encourage 
you to participate actively it the Conference. Please let us know as 
soon as possible whether you are planning to attend.
