Within the framework of the Council of Europe, the Legal Research Group 
of the European Law Students’ Association (ELSA) completed successfully 
its report on Freedom of Expression - Protection of Journalistic 
Sources, which had been undertaken on July 2015.

The final report examines the legal situation regarding the protection 
of journalistic sources within 28 member states of the Council of 
Europe, namely in Albania, Austria, Azerbaijan, Belgium, Bosnia and 
Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Finland, Georgia, Germany, Greece, 
Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, the Former Yugoslav Republic of 
Macedonia, Malta, the Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, 
Russia, Spain, Sweden, Turkey, Ukraine and United Kingdom.

Dans le cadre du Conseil de l’Europe, le groupe de recherche juridique 
de la European Law Students' Association (ELSA) a complété avec succès 
son rapport sur la liberté d’Expression - Protection des Sources 
journalistiques, qui ont eu lieu le juillet 2015.

Le rapport final examine la situation juridique relative à la protection
