[IRPCoalition] DAY 0 at IGF2014 - Human Rights Denied-Turkish Customs blocking

Hi Caitlin,
It is not just the customs, but also storage and other fees tacked onto it.
Also the broker fee. We tried our best. This is the only solution that we
came up with.
