[IRPCoalition] Charter at No Hate Speech Movement fb page

Dear Coalition Members,

in preparation to the upcoming EuroDIG I have published on the CoE No
Hate Speech Movement page our charter! I will be able to join this
year thanks to work I was carrying out so far for the Movement and I
will be coordinating the actions in Berlin.

I am happy join also the IRPC team at my 3rd EuroDIG.
